Pain, My Old Friend. A Poem

“Pain, my old friend.”

You were with me when I was born;
You will be there when I’ll die.

Oh faithful friend you were always there with me in my sorrows & bad times.

You were there when I lost my loved ones;
You were there when I lost my first love.

You showed me what I want in my life, and what I don’t;

You taught me to tough and strong,
To be myself and beyond.

Dear friend you left me in my good times & love, but may be you come back when I miss you for long.

You are my shadow, an undeniable truth, an inseparable friend,

But sometimes I wish our friendship should really end.

You are a wise master but a very tough one, almost cruel sometimes,
But You come with some lessons every time.

Its time we part our ways, I know we’ll meet again, when I need you, you’ll show up,

“Goodbye Pain, My Old Friend.”

NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming. Modelling is at the heart of NLP from which numerous patterns, processes and techniques were discovered and developed ranging from psychotherapy to business, from sports to peak performance and so on. Richard Bandler and John Grinder, the co-founders initially studied the wizards of the change work like Milton H. Erickson, Virginia Satir, Fritz Perls. Through modelling and then uncoding the process of excellence these wizards had, they developed numerous change patterns and techniques which create lasting generative change.
Experiential Learning

Experiential learning is the process of learning through experience, and is more specifically defined as "learning through reflection on doing". Hands-on learning is a form of experiential learning but does not necessarily involve students reflecting on their product. Experiential learning is distinct from rote or didactic learning, in which the learner plays a comparatively passive role. It is related to but not synonymous with other forms of active learning such as action learning, adventure learning, free choice learning, cooperative learning, and service learning.

Ancient Wisdom – Tao

Tao or Dao (/taʊ/, /daʊ/; Chinese: 道; pinyin: About this sound Dào (help·info)) is a Chinese word signifying 'way', 'path', 'route', or sometimes more loosely, 'doctrine' or 'principle'. Within the context of traditional Chinese philosophy and religion, the Tao is the intuitive knowing of "life" that cannot be grasped full-heartedly as just a concept but is known nonetheless through actual living experience of one's everyday being. The Tao differs from conventional (Western) ontology in that it is an active and holistic practice of the natural order of Nature and its universal awakening, rather than a static, atomistic one
