How to Deal with Uncertainty & How to Create Certainty, and stop worrying.

How would your life be if you can create a absolute sense of certainty? What would you do if you can create a sense of absolute certainty?

I was once travelling in a train, and the person next to me was quite uneasy. He was looking outside eagerly, then at his watch, then thinking about something, his eyes were de-focused, so i guessed he was having an intense internal dialogue. He just wanted to reach the destination, was getting bored and uneasy all the time.

People on the other seats were a different story, one was listening to music while enjoying the scenery, other was doing some work on his laptop, one was texting while listening to music, some people were having deep conversations, some just had a great nap and were enjoying the beautiful scenery.

In 4 hours all reached their destination, just some had a good time in the journey, some had a miserable journey. but all reached. Reaching was just a moment, journey was of 4 hours. Do not forget to enjoy the journey.

If you just focus on the process, improving it everyday, finding new ways, enjoying it, successful results are inevitable. Daily Processes + Enjoyment + New Ways= Inevitable Success.

The process can be of you working, improving & enjoying your job or business, process can be you exercising & eating healthy food, process can be of learning something new everyday, meeting at least 3 new people everyday, process can be you caring and communicating with your partner and family everyday. Set a powerful process today!

Its always the attitude, that is your take on something, that is always defining thing about your chances of success, happiness, fulfillment in life.

NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming. Modelling is at the heart of NLP from which numerous patterns, processes and techniques were discovered and developed ranging from psychotherapy to business, from sports to peak performance and so on. Richard Bandler and John Grinder, the co-founders initially studied the wizards of the change work like Milton H. Erickson, Virginia Satir, Fritz Perls. Through modelling and then uncoding the process of excellence these wizards had, they developed numerous change patterns and techniques which create lasting generative change.
Experiential Learning

Experiential learning is the process of learning through experience, and is more specifically defined as "learning through reflection on doing". Hands-on learning is a form of experiential learning but does not necessarily involve students reflecting on their product. Experiential learning is distinct from rote or didactic learning, in which the learner plays a comparatively passive role. It is related to but not synonymous with other forms of active learning such as action learning, adventure learning, free choice learning, cooperative learning, and service learning.

Ancient Wisdom – Tao

Tao or Dao (/taʊ/, /daʊ/; Chinese: 道; pinyin: About this sound Dào (help·info)) is a Chinese word signifying 'way', 'path', 'route', or sometimes more loosely, 'doctrine' or 'principle'. Within the context of traditional Chinese philosophy and religion, the Tao is the intuitive knowing of "life" that cannot be grasped full-heartedly as just a concept but is known nonetheless through actual living experience of one's everyday being. The Tao differs from conventional (Western) ontology in that it is an active and holistic practice of the natural order of Nature and its universal awakening, rather than a static, atomistic one
