Old responses of the family may trigger the same old problems of the individual, so it’s necessary to understand for the family to understand what sets the individual recovering, off the path of healing.
It can be the old ways of criticism, anger, ignorance, faces or facial expressions.
So learn to express yourself in a new, helpful way.
