What’s the Real Success in an ever uncertain World?

Sometime back a client called me up and asked “Why am I always facing obstacles on my way to Success?“.

To put the entire conversation in a sentence, he felt he was cursed, he believed everything happened opposite of what he thought, as if God was playing.

So, something on the lines of the famous movie ‘Bruce Almighty’.

The world is full of uncertainty, and it will be more so, because of Internet, new innovations happening especially in technology, globalisation, wars, new governments, people, population, economics and so on.

If you list all things, it’s quite amazing that there are many many variables involved when you are on your way to achieving something that you really care about

Ordering a pizza, not much effort, less variables, easily achievable.

Setting up your own profit making business/enterprise, Yes, difficult, many variables(people,location,country, product, demand, market scenarios, production, services etc), very challenging and a bit risky in terms of money, depending on your enterprise.

Yeah, so when many variables are involved indeed its very complicated and a bit difficult. But, what I have learned from my own experiences is that, if you really want to do it, if you really care, you will find a way

As because of these variables, you get not one way but many ways to do what you want. Lot of options, especially due to technology and Internet.

Yeah, if it doesn’t workout, it’s OK, if you did your best, enjoyed the process, learned, that’s the Real Success.

You chose to Think differently, that’s a Success;

You chose to Feel differently, that’s a Success;

You took Actions, that’s a Success;

You chose to Believe, that’s a huge Success!!

Many times in life, we live by a illusion called Results=Success, we hardly acknowledge ourselves for our efforts in thinking, feeling and the actions taken by us.

Success is doing your best, Regardless of the Results.”

NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming. Modelling is at the heart of NLP from which numerous patterns, processes and techniques were discovered and developed ranging from psychotherapy to business, from sports to peak performance and so on. Richard Bandler and John Grinder, the co-founders initially studied the wizards of the change work like Milton H. Erickson, Virginia Satir, Fritz Perls. Through modelling and then uncoding the process of excellence these wizards had, they developed numerous change patterns and techniques which create lasting generative change.
Experiential Learning

Experiential learning is the process of learning through experience, and is more specifically defined as "learning through reflection on doing". Hands-on learning is a form of experiential learning but does not necessarily involve students reflecting on their product. Experiential learning is distinct from rote or didactic learning, in which the learner plays a comparatively passive role. It is related to but not synonymous with other forms of active learning such as action learning, adventure learning, free choice learning, cooperative learning, and service learning.

Ancient Wisdom – Tao

Tao or Dao (/taʊ/, /daʊ/; Chinese: 道; pinyin: About this sound Dào (help·info)) is a Chinese word signifying 'way', 'path', 'route', or sometimes more loosely, 'doctrine' or 'principle'. Within the context of traditional Chinese philosophy and religion, the Tao is the intuitive knowing of "life" that cannot be grasped full-heartedly as just a concept but is known nonetheless through actual living experience of one's everyday being. The Tao differs from conventional (Western) ontology in that it is an active and holistic practice of the natural order of Nature and its universal awakening, rather than a static, atomistic one
