Emotional Validation: A need, how to fulfill it. 

Emotional Validation from self and others is one of the biggest need in modern society. Whether you feel angry, fearful, sad, frustrated, feeling that no one understands. Guilty about anger, shameful of guilt, the list goes on. Creating secondary emotions and adding on to it. 

The truth is, no one can actually completely understand or validate. They are bound by their own thinking, perceptions, attitudes, feelings, experiences. 

Accept it as yours, move on, create, my dear creative beings. 

The four powers innate to us: 

  1. The Power to Think. 
  2. The Power to Emote. 
  3. The Power to Communicate.
  4. The Power to Act. 

 it’s time to claim your powers, you can think the best of the thoughts and worst of the thoughts, you can create best of the emotions and the worst, you can create best of communication skills and worst ie not to communicate, you can take action or stay put. 

You are not your thoughts, your body, your experiences, your body, your emotions, your pain, your happiness, your intellect, your meanings, your beliefs, and your values. 

You are something more than each of it and the combined sum. For some, one is the centre of pure Conscience. For some, we are soul. I don’t know what you’d like to call it. Use your own words, it’s more helpful. The higher self, the higher mind, whatever. 

Know that you are more and can create more.

You have different thoughts about the same thing, you can create new thinking, new beliefs, new attitudes, new feelings. 

Don’t buy the product, own the creator, that is You. Own your powers. Act now!

Experiential Learning

Experiential learning is the process of learning through experience, and is more specifically defined as "learning through reflection on doing". Hands-on learning is a form of experiential learning but does not necessarily involve students reflecting on their product. Experiential learning is distinct from rote or didactic learning, in which the learner plays a comparatively passive role. It is related to but not synonymous with other forms of active learning such as action learning, adventure learning, free choice learning, cooperative learning, and service learning.

Tao or Dao (/taʊ/, /daʊ/; Chinese: 道; pinyin: About this sound Dào (help·info)) is a Chinese word signifying 'way', 'path', 'route', or sometimes more loosely, 'doctrine' or 'principle'. Within the context of traditional Chinese philosophy and religion, the Tao is the intuitive knowing of "life" that cannot be grasped full-heartedly as just a concept but is known nonetheless through actual living experience of one's everyday being.
