Welcome to The Kungfu-Mind,

The Kungfu-Mind program was founded on the belief that each person has within herself/himself unlimited potential to learn, progress, heal herself/himself, follow their life directions that they have set and achieve their goals, find solutions to their challenges be it relationships, family, career(passions), wealth, health, vision.

The Kungfu-Mind program was also founded on the belief that you can learn from everything and everyone.

After studying NLP, Psychology, Experiential Learnings, Ancient wisdom in form of  buddhism & tao, Neuroscience, Spiritualism, Self-Development literature, Religious texts, and observing people around me, one thing was clear, everything works as long as you have strong beliefs about the model of change, the way and the most important thing being Taking Persistent Actions towards mastering the model.

Sometimes, change happens instantly, i have seen alcoholics with 30 years of addiction, quit in an instant without any withdrawal symptoms. Without getting any therapy, even not consciously knowing anything about psychology, nlp or any other model of change. The person just leveraged his own frustration with problem and made a decision which was supported my his mind(conscious-unconscious) completely.

Everyone’s a psychologist in his own right, because we all have a brain and nervous system!(even if you don’t think). We do think, and we do thinking about our thinking, behaviors, emotions about emotions (guilt because of anger), beliefs about beliefs(i cant change my beliefs, i tried a lot(belief) and so on.

The KungFu-Mind program is about developing strong attitudes of practicing mind skills from different models, attitude of learning, taking actions, maintaining inner peace, mastering any and all areas of life, attitude of acceptance, looking forward, realizing that our past is just a story and you can always build new stories of love, success, happiness, excellence in your own way.

Many people get stuck in some model, why limit yourself?, learn from everything, try it yourself, find what works for you, keep practicing, be open, be in the present, be authentic.

With millions of books at your fingertips(literally), with internet(google, youtube, wikipedia, blogs etc), the access to information is unlimited in this information age. Just having more information or more knowledge isn’t enough. Skills have been since ages and will be the source of your wealth, relationships with others-yourself, level of experiencing resourceful emotions, achieving any goals, direction or purpose you have set for yourself, living a life you want.

Come on this journey, and have a learn-practice-feedback loop. Everything’s easy on the outside once its easy inside(mind).

NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming. Modelling is at the heart of NLP from which numerous patterns, processes and techniques were discovered and developed ranging from psychotherapy to business, from sports to peak performance and so on. Richard Bandler and John Grinder, the co-founders initially studied the wizards of the change work like Milton H. Erickson, Virginia Satir, Fritz Perls. Through modelling and then uncoding the process of excellence these wizards had, they developed numerous change patterns and techniques which create lasting generative change.
Experiential Learning

Experiential learning is the process of learning through experience, and is more specifically defined as "learning through reflection on doing". Hands-on learning is a form of experiential learning but does not necessarily involve students reflecting on their product. Experiential learning is distinct from rote or didactic learning, in which the learner plays a comparatively passive role. It is related to but not synonymous with other forms of active learning such as action learning, adventure learning, free choice learning, cooperative learning, and service learning.

Ancient Wisdom – Tao

Tao or Dao (/taʊ/, /daʊ/; Chinese: 道; pinyin: About this sound Dào (help·info)) is a Chinese word signifying 'way', 'path', 'route', or sometimes more loosely, 'doctrine' or 'principle'. Within the context of traditional Chinese philosophy and religion, the Tao is the intuitive knowing of "life" that cannot be grasped full-heartedly as just a concept but is known nonetheless through actual living experience of one's everyday being. The Tao differs from conventional (Western) ontology in that it is an active and holistic practice of the natural order of Nature and its universal awakening, rather than a static, atomistic one
